  The sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I was able to receive my new range within 4 days of purchase. The notification of delivery was done via text message with a confirmation returned the same way. On the day of delivery, the driver was ahead of schedule and we received a courtesy call to see if they could deliver early.
  All in all a great experience. The price for my range was within a few dollars of the competitors sales price.
